Dolph Westerbos
CEO, WestconGroup

With more than 20 years of B2B and channel leadership experience, Dolph Westerbos serves as WestconGroup CEO. Dolph is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the value-added technology distributor. He brings an extensive track record of managing organizations that couple premier technology-based solutions and services built on strong operational capabilities. Dolph comes to WestconGroup from Brambles and CHEP, where he served as Group President of Asia Pacific and EMEA for the supply chain and pooling solutions provider. Additional experience includes VP of Solutions and Services for EMEA at Dell, shepherding its services, software and data center business to revenues of approximately $2.5 billion across 50 countries. He also helped establish the company’s channel business and led the organization in Western Europe. Prior to his tenure at Dell, Dolph spent 12 years at ModusLink, a global provider of business process outsourcing services to the high-technology industry. His advanced education includes a B.A. in Business Administration from Maastricht Hotel Management School in the Netherlands, as well as an M.S. in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Patrick Aronson
EVP of Asia Pacific, Westcon-Comstor

A 25-year technology distribution veteran, Patrick Aronson serves as EVP of Asia Pacific for Westcon-Comstor responsible for the company’s business across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea as well as Australia and New Zealand. Previously Patrick was Westcon-Comstor’s VP of Asia growing the region’s Comstor, Westcon Security Solutions and Services businesses in Asia. Prior to his tenure at Westcon-Comstor, Patrick spent a decade leading Motorola’s mobile phone business in Southeast Asia which helped generate more than $3 billion in revenue. He also spent five years as managing director at Brightstar where he developed the company’s engagement strategy and grew its mobility business. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Asian Studies from Hobart College in New York and is fluent in Vietnamese, Thai and English.

Ken Bast
EVP of Global Partner Management, Westcon-Comstor

A 20-year channel veteran with a proven track record in driving both sales and vendor relationships, Ken Bast currently is EVP of Global Partner Management. He is responsible for the global management and executive relationship with the company’s longest-running partner, Cisco Systems. Previously, he spent 15 years with Ingram Micro in a number of executive positions. Most recently he was VP and GM of its Advanced Technology Division, which did about $5 billion annually in U.S. networking, security and unified communications business. Ken has a B.S. in Industrial Management/Computer Science from Purdue University.

Jeremy Butt
EVP of EMEA, Westcon-Comstor

A seasoned channel and IT executive from both Avaya and Motorola, Jeremy Butt currently serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP of EMEA responsible for development and execution of both business strategy and P&L functions across the region. He comes to Westcon-Comstor after serving as VP of Worldwide Channels at Avaya, leading the organization by developing strategies and policies for more than 9,000 systems integrators, service providers, distributors, value-added resellers and solution providers. Jeremy was also responsible for the successful launch of Avaya’s first global channel program, the award-winning Avaya Connect. Other experience includes key positions at Motorola, guiding worldwide channel efforts for the enterprise mobility business. An industry leader and visionary with extensive technology and sales expertise, Jeremy also held senior management positions at WatchGuard Technologies, Cisco and Hayes Microcomputer Products.

Pedro Galatas
EVP of Global Services Solutions, Westcon-Comstor

A proven distribution thought leader, Pedro Galatas currently is Westcon-Comstor EVP of Global Services Solutions charged with the strategy and launch of the company’s value-added services worldwide. Pedro comes to Westcon-Comstor from security and data center distributor Afina where he was EVP in charge of managing operations in Iberia, North Africa and Latin America, growing the company to 14 offices across 12 countries and three continents. During his career, he was recognized as 2000 “Entrepreneur of the Year” for his work in technology innovation. His advanced education includes a B.A. in Economics from Notre Dame University and an MBA from IESE Business School.

Steve Garrou
EVP of Solutions Development and Strategy, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 20 years of experience leading strategic go-to-market initiatives for innovative IT services and business solutions, Steve Garrou currently serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP of Corporate Strategy and Solutions Development. Steve leads the company’s cloud and data center businesses as well as all go-to-market, strategy and investment activity. Previously Steve served as VP of Global Solutions Management at CenturyLink Technology Solutions, overseeing an organization responsible for solutions strategy, go to market and sales for its Big Data, e-commerce, cloud and outsourcing portfolio. Prior to CenturyLink, his tenure included key management roles at Unisys and AimNet Solutions. His work at Unisys included spearheading all outsourcing and portfolio management for the IT services and software leader, defining market opportunities, sales and investment strategies across global theaters. His advanced education includes a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Tulsa.

David Grant
EVP Business Operations, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 25 years of IT industry and channel experience, David Grant is Westcon-Comstor EVP of Business Operations responsible for Supply Chain operations, Global Deployment Solutions (GDS), Master Data Management (MDM), Business Process Improvement (BPI), and leading the company’s Sales Operations processes, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Previously David served as SVP of Solution Practices and Vendor Management in EMEA, leading the EMEA vendor strategy focused on solution development and a successful go-to-market model to ensure ongoing success of these relationships. Prior to that David led the company’s European Unified Communications and Collaboration Division, driving an organic growth plan built on a complete EU vendor coverage model, and established the company’s dedicated maintenance renewals operation. David also led the region’s HR, legal and staff functions. He comes to Westcon-Comstor from European distributor Crane Telecommunications, where he served as CEO until the company’s acquisition in 2007. David also held leadership roles with Canon in the UK across direct sales, marketing, investments and acquisitions, retail and channel management. His advanced education includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University and the Senior Executive program at Henley Management College.

Cathy Jessup
CFO, WestconGroup

Having an extensive background in financial management and services, Cathy Jessup serves as WestconGroup CFO. Cathy is responsible for the global finance function, including operational support, budgeting/forecasting, accounting/controls, legal, procurement, risk management and lender relations. Cathy comes to WestconGroup from Pitney Bowes, where she was CFO for the company’s $2 billion Services divisions and was instrumental in the sale of the business to a private equity firm. Her additional experience includes CFO of North America at Diageo Plc., a UK-based beverage company, and Corporate CFO at The Topps Company. Cathy also held a range of finance positions at PepsiCo Inc. Her advanced education includes a B.A. in Russian Studies from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.


Adam Kuta
EVP and CIO, Westcon-Comstor

With nearly three decades of experience leading technology initiatives across a range of industry sectors, Adam Kuta currently serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP and CIO. Adam is responsible for the company’s IT architecture development and investments, helping to effectively transform the next-generation infrastructure. Adam comes from Coach Inc. where he championed an integrated IT roadmap in support of operational expansions. As the company’s SVP of Information Technology, Adam implemented the application and infrastructure necessary to support and improve multiple efficiencies. His additional experience includes 14 years at Avon, leading a range of IT transformations to foster growth for the beauty and personal care leader. Adam’s advanced education includes a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Doctorate in Computing Professional Studies from Pace University.

Otavio Lazarini Barbosa
EVP of Latin America, Westcon-Comstor

A channel industry leader for 25 years, Otavio Lazarini Barbosa serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP of Latin America responsible for development and execution of both business strategy and P&L functions across the region. Otavio previously was GM of Westcon-Comstor in Brazil. During this tenure, he significantly drove high-margin growth and solidified the company’s foothold in the region. Coming from Brazilian distributor TelSist Informatica, Otavio helped position that company for acquisition. Otavio has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and an M.S. in Business Administration from Purdue University.

Andrew Warren
EVP of North America, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 15 years of executive channel experience, Andrew serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP of North America. Previously as SVP of the Westcon US Security Practice, Andrew led his team to surpass $1 billion in annual sales by strengthening vendor relationships and building new avenues for solution providers to profit in the channel. Prior to joining the company, Andrew championed sales efforts for six years at another distributor and defined sales strategies for communications vendor Evolving Systems. He also held management positions at General Dynamics and Verizon Wireless. Andrew has a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from Colorado State University.
