Jens Montanana
CEO, Datatec
Executive Chairman, Westcon-Comstor

The founder and principal architect of Datatec (Westcon-Comstor’s parent company), Jens Montanana currently serves as the CEO of Datatec and assumed the role of executive chairman of Westcon-Comstor in 2017. In 1994, Jens became chairman and CEO of Datatec, which listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in November 1994. He co-founded the U.S. start-up Xedia Corp. in Boston, Massachusetts, an early pioneer of network switching and one of the market leaders in IP bandwidth management, which was subsequently sold to Lucent Corp. Jens also served as managing director and VP of USRobotics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of USRobotics Inc. which was acquired by 3Com in 1997. He has previously served on the boards and subcommittees of various public companies, and currently serves as chairman of Corero PLC. Jens graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Reading.
 
 

Ivan Dittrich
Group CFO, Datatec
CFO, Westcon-Comstor

In addition to his role as Group CFO for Datatec, Ivan Dittrich became the CFO of Westcon-Comstor in September 2017, responsible for the global finance functions of the company. On 30 May 2016, he re-joined Datatec as Group CFO after three years at Vodacom, under the same title. Prior to his tenure at Vodacom, Ivan spent 13 years with Datatec holding a number of senior executive positions, including Group CFO. He began his career at Deloitte in South Africa and also worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London. Ivan is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and has a B.Com. from the University of Pretoria. He also has completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership program at SaÏd Business School.
 
 

David Grant
COO, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 25 years of IT industry and channel experience, David Grant is Westcon-Comstor’s COO, responsible for the operational leadership and management of all commercial operations in the business across EMEA and APAC. David has held several executive leadership roles with the company serving as EVP of Global Partner Sales and Business Operations and as SVP of Solution Practices and Vendor Management in EMEA. He came to Westcon-Comstor from European distributor Crane Telecommunications, where he served as CEO until the company's acquisition in 2007. David also held leadership roles with Canon in the UK across direct sales, marketing, investments and acquisitions, retail and channel management. His advanced education includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University and the Senior Executive program at Henley Management College.
 
 

 

Adam Kuta
CIO, Westcon-Comstor

With nearly three decades of experience leading technology initiatives across a range of industry sectors, Adam Kuta currently serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP and CIO. Adam is responsible for the company's IT architecture development and investments, helping to effectively transform the next-generation infrastructure. Adam comes from Coach Inc. where he championed an integrated IT roadmap in support of operational expansions. As the company's SVP of Information Technology, Adam implemented the application and infrastructure necessary to support and improve multiple efficiencies. His additional experience includes 14 years at Avon, leading a range of IT transformations to foster growth for the beauty and personal care leader. Adam's advanced education includes a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Doctorate in Computing Professional Studies from Pace University.
 
 

Patrick Aronson
EVP of Asia Pacific, Westcon-Comstor

A 25-year technology distribution veteran, Patrick Aronson serves as EVP of Asia Pacific for Westcon-Comstor responsible for the company's business across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea as well as Australia and New Zealand. Previously Patrick was Westcon-Comstor's VP of Asia growing the region's Comstor, Westcon Security Solutions and Services businesses in Asia. Prior to his tenure at Westcon-Comstor, Patrick spent a decade leading Motorola's mobile phone business in Southeast Asia which helped generate more than $3 billion in revenue. He also spent five years as managing director at Brightstar where he developed the company's engagement strategy and grew its mobility business. Patrick has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Asian Studies from Hobart College in New York and is fluent in Vietnamese, Thai and English.
 
 

Callum McGregor
CFO of Westcon-Comstor International EMEA & Group regions

With over 10 years of tenure with the Datatec Group, Callum McGregor serves as Chief Finance Officer for the Westcon-Comstor International EMEA & Group regions. He joined Westcon-Comstor International in 2014 in the role of Director of Finance in the Services business unit and has held several roles over the past 4 years including VP of Finance for Cloud and VP of Finance & Operations for Group. Callum joined Datatec in Johannesburg in 2007 serving multiple roles including Group Finance manager and CFO for the Consulting Division. Callum began his career with the South African Accounting firm Deloitte, where he completed his financial training and qualified as a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)). Callum has also qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, currently non-practicing) and holds international affiliate membership with CPA Australia and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting (AICPA). Callum spent 6 years living in the United Kingdom and currently resides in New York.
 
 

David Corcoran
CFO of Asia Pacific, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 17 years of tenure with Westcon-Comstor International, David Corcoran serves as CFO for the Asia Pacific region. He joined the company in the role of Finance controller in the Australian business and has held several roles over the past 17 years including Commercial Manager, Operations Director and Chief Operations Officer. David began his career with the Irish Chartered Accounting firm Niall M Hogan & Company, where he completed his financial training and qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). David moved to Australia and worked on a number of projects for companies including the Australian Broadcasting Corp., Symphony Australia and the Australian National Audit office. Since arriving in Australia, David has qualified as a Fellow of the ACCA.
