Dolph Westerbos
CEO, WestconGroup

With more than 20 years of B2B and channel leadership experience, Dolph Westerbos serves as WestconGroup CEO. Dolph is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the value-added technology distributor. He brings an extensive track record of managing organizations that couple premier technology-based solutions and services built on strong operational capabilities. Dolph comes to WestconGroup from Brambles and CHEP, where he served as Group President of Asia Pacific and EMEA for the supply chain and pooling solutions provider. Additional experience includes VP of Solutions and Services for EMEA at Dell, shepherding its services, software and data center business to revenues of approximately $2.5 billion across 50 countries. He also helped establish the company’s channel business and led the organization in Western Europe. Prior to his tenure at Dell, Dolph spent 12 years at ModusLink, a global provider of business process outsourcing services to the high-technology industry. His advanced education includes a B.A. in Business Administration from Maastricht Hotel Management School in the Netherlands, as well as an M.S. in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
 
 

Jens Montanana
CEO, Datatec

Jens Montanana is the founder and principal architect of Datatec, established in 1986. Between 1989 and 1993 Jens served as managing director and VP of USRobotics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of USRobotics Inc. which was acquired by 3Com in 1997. In 1993 he co-founded the U.S. start-up Xedia Corp. in Boston, Massachusetts, an early pioneer of network switching and one of the market leaders in IP bandwidth management, which was subsequently sold to Lucent Corp. In 1994 Jens became Chairman and CEO of Datatec, which listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in November 1994 and on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in 2006. He has previously served on the boards and subcommittees of various public companies, and currently serves as chairman of Corero PLC, an AIM-listed network security business.

 

 
 

Ivan Dittrich
CFO, Datatec

Ivan Dittrich re-joined Datatec on 30 May 2016 from Vodacom (majority owned by Vodafone) where he had been Group Chief Financial Officer from 15 June 2012 to 31 July 2015. Prior to that he held a number of senior executive positions at Datatec, including Group Chief Financial Officer from May 2008 to June 2012, in a career that spanned 13 years. Ivan qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte South Africa and also worked for PwC in London.
 
 

John McCartney
Chairman of the Board, Huron Consulting Group Inc.

Since 1998 John McCartney has served as a non-executive director at WestconGroup and was previously the company’s Chairman of the Board. John has been a non-executive director of Datatec since July 2007, and additionally between 1998 and 2002. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Chicago-based Huron Consulting Group Inc. John also holds a non-executive director role at Rice Energy Inc, an independent natural gas and oil company. Previously, John was president and COO at USRobotics, and he served as president of the Client Access Unit at 3Com Corp. His advanced education includes a B.A. in Philosophy from Davidson College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 
 

Pierre de Saint Phalle
Managing Director, Promontory Financial Group NY

Pierre de Saint Phalle is currently a managing director at Promontory Financial Group's New York office where he advises banks, insurance companies and asset management groups on various issues concerning governance, compliance, risk management and government regulation. His extensive expertise includes securities regulation of investment advisors and the creation and distribution of investment products and vehicles. Pierre served 20 years as a partner with a leading New York law firm and other companies in the asset management business. Prior to joining Promontory, he was managing director, CLO and corporate secretary of iFormation Group, a venture capital/private equity group formed by General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Boston Consulting Group. Pierre also was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, in charge of its asset management practice. He has served on panels and spoken on topics such as BSA/AML compliance and the credit crisis. Pierre earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in History from Trinity College.
 
 

Thomas Dolan
CEO, Routine Filmco

Tom Dolan is co-founder and former CEO of WestconGroup. For more than 30 years, he's been a successful entrepreneur and investor, leading Westcon-Comstor from humble operations out of a small garage in Eastchester, NY to a premier, value-added global distributor with more than $5 billion in revenues. Tom twice served as the company’s CEO, driving the company's international footprint organically and via acquisition. He also helped the company's Comstor business unit evolve into one of Cisco's top distributors. Tom currently serves as CEO of Routine Filmco LLC, providing a unique online platform for electronic films. Prior to Westcon-Comstor, he worked as an engineer at Avon Products Inc. Tom has a B.S. in Engineering from Tulane University and has served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
