Tim has been playing an incredibly important role shaping Westcon-Comstor’s approach to the expanding field of solutions lifecycle management. He joined the company in 2016 and has been promoted four times in just four years.
My role requires a lot of thinking about new ideas and it means that I am constantly challenged on a day to day basis. I feel like I am making a difference to the company. It’s nice to know that some of the initiatives I am working on will be used in the company for years to come and that I will have had a chance to impact the future of the business in a small way.

I was originally hired into a new team of four people. While this was challenging to start with as it was a brand new role, it meant that we as a team could define our own way of working that would be passed onto more people as the team grew. We were under a lot of scrutiny to succeed, so when we started to achieve goals and do well, it was noticed. I have a good relationship with my managers. They have guided me and given me opportunities to grow my skillset and career in a short period of time.
