Vincent werkt sinds 2010 voor Westcon-Comstor als Business Manager bij Comstor Africa, nadat hij bijna zeven jaar bij Cisco had gewerkt.
Het oorspronkelijke plan was dat hij zou werken vanuit de kantoren van Westcon Africa in Hertfordshire, UK, maar zijn drie maanden durende oriëntatie zou volgen in de Keniaanse kantoren.
Na deze oriëntatieperiode kreeg hij promotie tot General Manager, en omdat hij ook nog eens de liefde in Kenia had gevonden, besloot hij om zich daar te settelen.
Tien jaar later werkt Vincent voor Westcon-Comstor als Director voor de Comstor Africa tak van het bedrijf. Hij woont nog steeds met zijn familie in Kenia. En in die tijd heeft hij de verkoopdoelstellingen van de groep gehaald en de doelstellingen gemeten via EBIDTA.
