Symantec Partner Management Console (PMC)


Symantec Partner Management Console (PMC) for Endpoint Protection Cloud:


The Partner Management Console is a cloud-based unified management portal that provides resellers and managed service providers with an aggregated view of their Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEP Cloud) customers and enables monitoring and management of the service on their behalf.

The PMC is ordered automatically by BlueSky at the same time a reseller orders their first SEPC order (either a paid order or a trial). There is no cost to order or to use the PMC which will be granted for an “evergreen” term.  BlueSky will submit the order using the email of the first active reseller user with an admin role.  The reseller admin will receive a welcome email from Symantec with a link to access the PMC.  Once active on the PMC, the reseller admin will be able to authorize additional reseller users for access to the PMC.
