Symantec Reseller Program
To be eligible for the Symantec Reseller program through Westcon-Comstor, a partner must have a Westcon trading account in good order and have signed the Westcon-Comstor Cloud Services Reseller Agreement. This agreement allows our reseller partners to transact with Westcon-Comstor by a traditional/manual ordering process for Cloud, just as you would transact traditional hardware and software. These requirements are covered in steps 1 and 2 of the enrolment flow.
Westcon-Comstor will take care of the rest.
There is no additional Symantec addendum required at this time to transact through our platform, however Symantec requires every reseller to get a Symantec ID prior to placing orders but that is handled within our platform and our integration with Symantec. Your initial order creates the Symantec ID which the platform will use going forward and include the Symantec Partner Management Console (PMC) for your convenience.
