Welcome to Westcon-Comstor’s E-Commerce Site

You’re about to discover a better way to do business. Our E-Commerce site gives Westcon-Comstor customers anytime access to real-time Product, Pricing, Purchasing and Order Sales Information – quickly, conveniently and securely.

Use this site to locate category-leading vendors and products, request and manage quotes, check current availability, obtain pricing, view order status, check tracking information, print invoices and much more. It’s available free of charge, exclusively to customers of Westcon-Comstor.

 

Getting Started

To register or log in, select the “Request Access to E-Commerce” button. The registration process is simple and takes just a few minutes.

After your online form has been submitted and received, we’ll verify your status as a Westcon-Comstor customer. The profile you created during registration will be linked to your account(s). Once these are linked, you’ll receive an upgrade notice advising you of the powerful features at your disposal. The process to link your profile with your account typically occurs the same day but can take up to 48 hours. If you require faster turnaround, please contact your Account Manager or a member of your Account Management Team.

Product Catalog/Pricing/Online Ordering

There are multiple easy ways you can search for products. Filters are offered to narrow your searches to only show certain categories or products with specific features.
The product catalog offers the manufacturer’s list price, your specific pricing and your discount percentage. The prices are set by your Account Management Team and are specific to your organization. Once you have found the product you’re looking for, adding it to your cart is super easy and efficient.

Real-Time Availability

The site shows available inventory in real time. If the inventory level for a specific product isn’t sufficient, we show you what is available from orders already placed with our vendors and when the product is expected to be received. If you need more information, we also provide estimated lead time for vendor to ship items.

Order Status and History

You can easily check the status of ALL your orders, even those not submitted through E-Commerce here. To save you time when selecting the Order History option, the last six months of transactions are displayed. If an order is not easily located in the default view, you can expand the search. Fifteen additional search criteria are available to help you locate a specific order. This includes but is not limited to searching by your PO Number, Part Number, Serial Number, Project Number, Status and End-User Name.

Retrieve Tracking/Serial Numbers and Invoices

Retrieving tracking numbers, serial numbers and invoices is as simple as finding your order and clicking on the order number to view the order details. Orders shipping from Westcon-Comstor facilities will have tracking numbers linked to carrier’s websites so you can get real-time delivery information with just one additional click.

Request Returns/RMAs

Via the E-Commerce site, you can select from a list of RMA Eligible Invoiced Orders and very easily select the item(s) you want to return. The process is fast, accurate and requires minimal data entry. No need to enter log lists of long serial numbers. Using this feature enables us to get the information needed to review and process your RMA quickly and efficiently.
