Westcon Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Westcon”) is compliant with all applicable data protection and data privacy laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates. 1. Collection of Personal Information

Westcon generally collects business contact information from or about its users and other individuals with whom it deals. Westcon may also collect and/or track information from Website Users:

4. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Information

Upon request by postal mail or e-mail Westcon will provide to users a summary of any Personal Information retained by Westcon regarding the user. 5. Collection of Personal Information from Children

Westcon does not knowingly solicit information from children and we do not knowingly market the Website or its services to children. No one under the age of 13 should submit any Personal Information to Westcon and/or the Website.
