Andrew Warren
EVP of North America, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 15 years of executive channel experience, Andrew serves as Westcon-Comstor EVP of North America. Previously as SVP of the Westcon US Security Practice, Andrew led his team to surpass $1 billion in annual sales by strengthening vendor relationships and building new avenues for solution providers to profit in the channel. Prior to joining the company, Andrew championed sales efforts for six years at another distributor and defined sales strategies for communications vendor Evolving Systems. He also held management positions at General Dynamics and Verizon Wireless. Andrew has a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing from Colorado State University.
 
 

Kevin Brzezinski
VP of Operations North America, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 20 years of IT and Consumer Electronics experience, Kevin Brzezinski serves as VP of Operations in North America responsible for overseeing the strategies and direction of operations, supporting the growth of the organization. Kevin have served in several senior leadership roles including supply chain, logistics and distribution services. Prior to joining Westcon-Comstor, he was director of World Wide Operations for Lexmark International. Kevin holds an MBA and B.S. from Indiana Institute of Technology and served in the United States Navy.
 
 

Gino Cotignola
VP Technology and Sales Operations North America, Westcon-Comstor

A seasoned leader with extensive global experience in IT and sales operations, Gino Cotignola serves as Westcon-Comstor VP of Technology and Sales Operations in North America, tasked with the integration of IT and sales to drive regional profitability. He previously was Westcon-Comstor CIO for the Americas and director of Applications charged with deriving tangible business benefits from such core IT systems as ERP and e-Commerce. His advanced education includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University, a B.S. in Math and Physics from Long Island University: CW Post Campus and an MBA in Information Systems from San Diego State University.
 
 

Jay Denton
VP Marketing North America, Westcon-Comstor

With a career spanning 25 years championing messaging and strategy at some of the market’s top companies, Jay Denton serves as Westcon-Comstor VP of Marketing in North America leading the branding and marketing strategy across the region. Jay previously led marketing for the company’s Cisco-dedicated Comstor business. He comes to Westcon-Comstor after managing core functions at Cisco, Channelinsight and ICG Communications, developing a range of programs and campaigns to help VARs create incremental revenue and margin. Jay studied Economics, Business and Telecommunications at Baylor University, Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix.
 
 

Barat Dickman
VP and GM of Unified Communications and Collaboration Practice North America, Westcon-Comstor

An industry veteran with more than 20 years of channel experience, Barat Dickman serves as Westcon-Comstor VP and GM of the Unified Communications and Collaboration Practice in North America. In this role, Barat is responsible for the successful execution and strategic growth of one of the company’s most critical technology practices. He comes to Westcon-Comstor from Avaya where he led the company’s $1.6 billion global support services business. Barat also was the company’s senior director of Global Channel Programs and Go-to-Market Strategy, leading the team responsible for building the Avaya Connect worldwide channel program. He also spent more than a decade at Accenture, holding multiple client-facing roles within the company’s business consulting, strategy and business architecture lines of business. His advanced education includes a B.A. from The University of Michigan and an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
 
 

Mike O’Neil
Senior Director of Services North America, Westcon-Comstor

With more than 30 years of services experience, Mike O’Neil is leading the growth of the Services business in North America, while supporting the global services strategy and team. Mike has a background in global managed services and offering development, program management and business development from his experience in IBM Global Services. While at IBM, he developed and successfully launched an SMB-focused, partner-delivered managed service with outstanding results. In addition, he managed multi-million dollar services contracts for global Fortune 100 clients, delivering profitable financial results and achieving high customer satisfaction. Mike has several years of experience in the channel partner community with leadership roles at CBTS and Logicalis. His advanced education includes a B.A. from Marist College and an MBA in Marketing from Long Island University. 
 
 

Matt Karst
Senior Director - Cloud Practice, Westcon-Comstor

Mr. Karst focuses on the global cloud go-to-market and offering development strategies. With more than 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience, he has led successful teams at IBM, AT&T and DISH Network. Mr. Karst has experience across successful channel teams, and has held leadership roles in the IT, telecommunications, satellite broadcast and cloud industries. Prior to joining Comstor, he was Vice President of National Accounts, Dish Network, and Senior Vice President of North American Sales for Worldplay Communications. He also worked as a strategic consultant for a cloud-based high-capacity industrial file transfer company active in the healthcare, government, and media and entertainment industries.
 
 

Mary Ellen O’Brien
Senior Director of Services North America, Westcon-Comstor

A 30-year Human Resources veteran, Mary Ellen O’Brien serves as Westcon-Comstor VP of Human Resources in North America leading the strategic planning, directing and coordinating of corporate employee management throughout the organization. Mary Ellen has held several executive leadership positions, including Global Human Resources VP at AT&T, Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent with the past 15 years as a change agent focused on enabling organizations to smoothly transition through culture changes. By empowering the executive population of a company to effectively adapt to change, Mary Ellen helps leaders set and execute strategy, enabling their teams to transform while maintaining the company’s effectiveness and development. Her advanced education includes a B.A. in History with a minor in English.
