Initiative combines commercial enablement, technical training and ecosystem expertise to help EMEA partners capture AI opportunities

LONDON, UK – 5 November 2026 – Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, today announced an initiative to equip channel partners with the commercial and technical capabilities to capitalise on growing demand for AI solutions.

The Secure Artificial Intelligence Learning (SAIL) programme has been developed by the distributor’s Cisco-focused Comstor arm, to support partners at every stage of their AI journey.

It combines sales enablement, technical training and practical insights from real-world AI deployments, while providing access to expertise from across the AI ecosystem, including consulting and digital services specialist SoftServe.

The programme is designed to help partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) build confidence in AI, strengthen customer conversations and accelerate the delivery of AI-ready infrastructure solutions.

As organisations explore how AI can improve productivity, drive efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities, many partners are seeking guidance on how best to design and deploy solutions. SAIL addresses this challenge by combining commercial and technical learning pathways within a single programme.

Since launch, more than 400 partners have registered for SAIL sessions, reflecting growing demand for AI-focused enablement across the channel.

Initial sessions have covered topics focused on NVIDIA AI Blueprints, with future modules planned around additional AI use cases and infrastructure requirements.

The SAIL programme forms part of Comstor’s broader commitment to helping Cisco partners capture emerging technology opportunities and build sustainable, services-led growth around high-value solutions.

“AI represents a huge growth opportunity for the channel, but from our conversations with partners, it’s clear that many are still developing the commercial and technical skills they need to take advantage of it,” said David Blackburn, EMEA Architecture Lead, AI Ready Data Centre at Westcon-Comstor. “The SAIL programme is designed to help bridge that gap, bringing together practical business enablement, technical training and expertise from across the AI ecosystem. It gives partners the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to have better customer conversations and ultimately deliver successful AI solutions.”
