Employee Resource Groups

We run Employee Resource Groups to create safe spaces for discussion and connection. These groups help employees share experiences, raise important topics, and support one another in meaningful ways.

Focus on gender representation

We work to address gender disparities through hiring and development, with a focus on women in leadership and technical roles. This is important in technology, where representation gaps still exist in many markets.

Family-friendly culture

We support a family-friendly working environment and encourage work-life balance. This helps people manage professional goals alongside personal responsibilities. It helps us build a culture based on trust, respect, and long-term commitment.

Wellbeing programmes

We offer comprehensive wellbeing programmes, including a health and wellbeing app and mental health support. These tools give employees practical ways to manage stress, build healthy habits, and seek help when needed.

Inclusion training

Our people complete regular training in unconscious bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion. This helps employees and leaders make better decisions, work more effectively together, and build a more respectful culture.

ONE Westcon and inclusive culture

We run the Open Network for Employees, ONE Westcon, to help embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into our culture. The programme raises awareness and encourages participation through events, activities, education, and recognition linked to awareness days and cultural celebrations.
