Westcon-Comstor again recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™
Distributor earns place on the Great Place To Work® list for the second year running
LONDON, UK – 24 September, 2026 – Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, has been officially recognised by Great Place To Work® UK as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ for the second consecutive year.
The newly released 2026 list celebrates organisations that are leading the way in creating exceptional employee experiences in the technology sector. Westcon-Comstor earned its place in the ‘large and super large’ category, cementing its status as one of the IT channel’s most progressive and forward-thinking employers.
The recognition builds on the company’s recent certification as a Great Place To Work in the UK and 24 other countries following its second worldwide assessment.
Employees praised the company’s values-led leadership and focus on inclusion, with a strong sense of fair treatment, pride in their work and how individual roles contribute to the wider company strategy.
Westcon-Comstor employs more than 500 people across the UK, with sites in London, Bracknell, Cirencester and Swindon. The 2026 recognition includes Rebura, the specialist AWS cloud consultancy that Westcon-Comstor acquired in 2024.
Last week Westcon-Comstor unveiled its new flagship London office, which will serve as a regional hub for its operations across Europe.
Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
To determine the Best Workplaces list, Great Place To Work® UK administered its research-backed Trust Index employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees.
The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
