Built on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), the Velocity Platform brings together essential Zero Trust capabilities in a modular, scalable platform optimized for hybrid and cloud‑first environments. Partners can select from Base, Standard, and Premium platform options to meet different customer needs while benefiting from predictable monthly billing aligned to usage.

To further support partners post‑sale, Westcon delivers partner‑enabled Zscaler support services through its Kuala Lumpur Technical Centre (KLTC) — the APAC Center of Excellence for technical support operations. These services are designed to align closely with Zscaler Support Essentials and provide a clear, structured escalation model.

These services are not MSSP or SOC services and do not include continuous monitoring, detection, or response activities.
