Westcon-Comstor expands support services for CrowdStrike and Zscaler partners

LONDON, UK – 19 February, 2026 Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, today announced the availability of expanded support services for channel partners working with CrowdStrike and Zscaler, reinforcing its commitment to delivering services that accelerate partner growth and enable vendors to scale their ecosystems.

Expanded CrowdStrike support for European partners

Effective immediately, Westcon-Comstor can sell and deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform in English, French, German and Spanish as part of CrowdStrike’s Authorised Support Partner Programme in Europe.

Through the programme, partners across Europe can offer CrowdStrike-approved Level 1 and Level 2 support services delivered by Westcon-Comstor to their customers. The model expands regional support capacity, increases access for smaller organisations and strengthens local language expertise.

Westcon‑Comstor’s award‑winning support services are delivered from its European support centres in Berlin and Madrid. The expansion builds on Westcon-Comstor’s ongoing distribution and channel collaboration with CrowdStrike, including efforts to expand regional distribution and support partner access to CrowdStrike solutions through cloud marketplaces, and is designed to enhance the partner experience by providing localised, responsive support and faster paths to resolution.

Supporting Zscaler partners through Westcon-Comstor’s services model

Westcon‑Comstor also has an established partnership with Zscaler and recently launched its specialist, dedicated Z‑Strike business unit, designed to strengthen collaboration and drive smarter growth for partners across EMEA.

Westcon-Comstor’s existing support services complement the support element of its recently launched Westcon MSSP for Zscaler Programme.

Built for managed security service providers (MSSPs) and authorised Zscaler partners in the Zscaler MSSP Programme, the Westcon initiative enables partners to support small and mid-sized customers with greater ease, simplifying transactions, speeding onboarding and delivering the flexibility needed for partners to scale.      

A key component of Westcon-Comstor’s collaboration with Zscaler is an end‑to‑end support model, with the distributor delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support, managing troubleshooting and escalation, and providing partners with a single point of contact.
