Putting our people, planet, and communities first

Responsible business at Westcon-Comstor is evolving.

As expectations move from voluntary sustainability efforts to structured, regulated reporting, we are taking a proactive, future-ready approach to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

In FY26, we strengthened how we manage, measure, and report ESG across our global operations — enhancing governance, improving data quality, and preparing for alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

This is how we turn responsibility into measurable progress.

Environment : How we reduce our impact

We're making strong progress towards our climate targets, with better data and accountability behind every step.

Our SBTi validated climate change targets

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has validated our targets for achieving net zero by 2050. Westcon-Comstor is one of the first technology distributors to achieve this milestone. SBTi found our targets are robust and credible.

1. Net Zero is defined as a 90% reduction in emissions and offsetting residual emissions (<%10)
2. From an FY22 base year

We also work closely with vendors and partners to manage Scope 3 emissions and embrace circular technology, helping reduce waste and get more value from IT.

Social: How we support people

Our business depends on people: within our teams, across our partner channel, and throughout our value chain. In FY26, we strengthened how we support, develop, and engage them.
