Global Supply Chain Solutions

Unlocking value of international opportunities

With immense international experience, our GSCS team understands how to help partners deliver outstanding customer satisfaction – no matter how and where solutions are deployed.

Through deep levels of partner engagement and co-operation , we re-think how to build international opportunity and extend business across borders. We combine our global expertise and reach with a world-class vendor portfolio to deliver solutions that can meet virtually any partner requirement.

GSCS takes collaboration to new levels as we extend our partners’ footprint worldwide.

Our global value

Crossing borders

International business makes great commercial sense for partners. Increased volumes, recurring revenue streams and accelerated growth. But, deploying across borders is not easy, or without pitfalls, even for the most experienced of partners.

Managing risk

Our experts in international trade and logistics help partners navigate the potential complexities of global trade processes – import, export, customs and duties. GSCS not only manages the risk of global deployment for partners, but also helps maximise profits.

Revenue recovery

We use our process expertise and supply chain know-how to reduce revenue cycle times and accelerate time to market. This way we optimise partner revenue recovery and improve cash flow.

Protocols and compliance

Partners avoid risk of fines, seizures, unnecessary investigations or loss of access. And, aware that import excise and duties can wipe out margin, we maximise tax recoverability.

Accountability and control

To support resellers, service providers and systems integrators, we take clear responsibility. We provide a single point of contact, with dedicated 24x7 account management, backed by global commercial contracts. Giving partners complete control and visibility.

Unrivaled service capability

We also integrate our services portfolio into global deployment – providing supply chain, financing, logistics, renewals, technical support and more. With a presence in more than 75 countries, we do this on a truly global scale.

Business without borders

We manage global opportunities through a joint venture with Westcon Americas – a subsidiary of Synnex Corporation – integrating seamlessly across delivery, deployment and support.

Export vs local model

When it comes to global deployment, there are a several ways in which you can move goods around the world.

  • Export model – when you dispatch goods from the host country to another country using freight forwarder and Importer of Record services.
  • Local model – our preferred solution for global customers, is where goods are purchased from the vendor and sold to the customer locally.

This video explains both models of international trade, along with the positives, the risks and how we execute them.
