Vincent Entonu joined Westcon-Comstor in 2010 as Business Manager for Comstor Africa, leaving behind a successful seven-year stint at Cisco.

Originally set to work from Hertfordshire, UK, Vincent’s three-month orientation in Kenya led to a love for the country, prompting him to relocate there permanently with his family.

Thirteen years later, Vincent’s journey at Westcon-Comstor has been one of remarkable growth and achievements. Following three promotions and his track record of driving year-on-year, double-digit growth, Vincent today is Managing Director of Westcon-Comstor Africa.

 

 

  • 2010

    Bringing his extensive Cisco experience, Vincent joins Comstor Africa as Business Manager, responsible for driving growth of the Cisco business in the region.

  • 2011

    Vincent relocates to Kenya and is later promoted to General Manager, Comstor Africa. 

  • 2011

    Through the efforts of Vincent and his teams, Comstor wins the Cisco FY11 Regional Distributor of the Year (Africa Levant) award.

  • 2014

    Vincent was given an additional responsibility (Data Centre Practice) with his role changing to General Manager Comstor & Data Centre Practice, Africa.

  • 2015

    Under his leadership, Comstor Africa wins two awards: VMware FY15 WW Distributor of the Year (Emerging Markets) and Cisco FY15 One Africa Distributor Partner of the Year.

  • 2015

    Helps Comstor Africa win the VMware FY15 WW Distributor of the Year Emerging Markets and the Cisco FY15 One Africa Distributor Partner of the Year awards.

  • 2018

    Vincent is promoted to Director and aligns to the Comstor Sub-Saharan Africa Goals and strategic priorities.

  • 2018

    The exceptional performance of Vincent and his teams leads to another Cisco Africa Distributor Partner of the Year award.

  • 2020

    The sixth award in his Westcon-Comstor career, Vincent supports the Comstor win of another Cisco Africa Distributor Partner of the Year award.

  • 2022

    Vincent is promoted to Managing Director, Westcon-Comstor Africa, responsible for overseeing both lines of business in the region. He continues to deliver on the Group’s sales goals and objectives, measured through EBIDTA.
