Westcon-Comstor becomes first distributor in Europe to deliver Proofpoint professional services
New services initiative accelerates partner time-to-value and unlocks scalable, high-margin services opportunities
LONDON, UK – 25 February, 2026 – Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, today announced an expansion of its partnership with Proofpoint, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company, by becoming the first distributor in Europe to deliver Proofpoint professional services.
With an emphasis on scalability and speed to ensure fast time-to-value for channel partners, Westcon will deliver production-ready deployments of Proofpoint solutions through a series of off-the-shelf, partner-friendly packages based on Proofpoint best practices.
The initiative, driven by Westcon joining Proofpoint’s Certified Deployment Partner (CDP) programme, enables partners across the region to capture high-margin services opportunities and accelerate recurring revenue growth, fuelled by rapid adoption by customers.
Westcon will focus initially on Proofpoint’s market-leading email security solutions, allowing partners to strengthen their customers’ email security posture through tailored, expert implementation. There are plans to extend the scope to additional solutions in the Proofpoint portfolio this year.
This expansion marks the latest milestone in the two companies’ relationship. Last year Westcon-Comstor became the first Proofpoint Authorised Training Partner (ATP) in Europe, allowing the distributor to deliver Proofpoint-certified education and enablement services at scale to channel partners and end-users across the region.
Additionally, Proofpoint recently joined the distributor’s AWS Marketplace programme, which providers partners with a streamlined and simplified route to growing their AWS Marketplace business.
