Renato Uhl
Managing director
Renato Uhl is Managing Director of Westcon-Comstor Balkans and a recognised cybersecurity professional with more than two decades of experience. As a founder of REAL Security, he supported organisations across finance, healthcare, and the public sector in strengthening their cybersecurity posture. He is also the visionary founder of the RISK Conference, the largest cybersecurity conference in the region, bringing together leading experts, technology partners, and decision‑makers from across the Balkans and beyond.
Alen Šalamun
CTO
Alen Šalamun is a founder and CTO of Real Security, established in 2002 and acquired by Westcon-Comstor in 2026. He brings extensive experience in cybersecurity and enterprise networking, with a focus on delivering practical, real-world solutions across complex environments. He holds an MSc in IT Security and has a strong background in network architecture and security technologies. His work centres on designing and implementing resilient, scalable infrastructures aligned with modern cybersecurity best practices.
David Ivačič
Sales Director
David started his career at Real security, now Westcon-Comstor Balkans, in Slovenia in 2002 and immediately started working his way up through different technical, marketing and sales roles. In 2008 he took his today’s position of Sales Director, being responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relations with vendors, partners and key end customers. He is also the event director of the biggest IT security conference in the region, RISK.
Viktor Pecov

Viktor Pecov is responsible for driving sales and business development across more than eight countries, overseeing key vendor relationships, partner networks and regional growth initiatives.
Marina Strnad
Sales
Marina Strnad works with leading cybersecurity vendors to grow their presence across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, and the wider Adriatic market. She focuses on building strong partnerships, supporting channel growth, and creating new business opportunities. With a hands-on approach and strong understanding of regional markets, she helps vendors connect with the right partners and achieve sustainable growth.
Marko Mlaker
Sales
Marko Mlaker builds and manages IT security business across the EMEA region, working with vendors, partners, and clients to drive growth and ensure effective execution. With a strong background in distribution and IT security, he focuses on aligning relationships and delivering results through a practical, hands-on approach.
Aljaž Lesjak
Sales
Aljaž is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, visionary leadership, and occasionally making sure the office coffee doesn’t run out .
Dejan Bidovec
Security Engineer
Dejan is a cybersecurity expert with over a decade of experience, specialising in architecting and delivering advanced network security solutions built on next‑generation technologies in hybrid and cloud environments. They gained extensive experience in ISP environments, building deep expertise in network segmentation, routing and high‑availability systems.

Damjan is responsible for security-focused solutions, with a primary focus on endpoint security, information security, and network security. He works closely with partners and resellers to ensure that organisations are equipped with the right technologies and best‑practice approaches to strengthen their overall security posture.

Mirjeta Zogaj
Regional marketing & design
Mirjeta holds a Master’s degree in Visual Communications and designs and leads end-to-end brand experiences. She manages the full lifecycle of events, from concept and scenography to final execution, while also developing websites, digital campaigns, and print materials. Her work combines creativity and strategy to deliver a strong, cohesive, and high-impact brand presence.

Uroš is a developer and technical consultant focused on web solutions, ecommerce, and business process optimisation. He combines hands-on development with project and infrastructure oversight to deliver scalable and efficient digital systems and solutions.
